Our very own captain Paris Hamilton-Downes will be stretching his legs even after the season has finished, writes James Barrett.
Paris, along with his girlfriend Hannah, will be hitting the streets of London in late April to take part in the 2017 London Marathon.
And the pair are looking to raise funds for charity as part of their endeavour."I'm sticking rigidly to a training programme and it's been going well so far, I've been hitting my targets," he said.
"We've chosen to support the Children With Cancer UK charity because of all the fantastic work they do for young patients and their families.
"We want to raise over £2,500 between us but anything we can send their way would be an honour as those children deserve to keep smiling."
