Match summary - Corinthian Casuals (h)

This game between promotion rivals ended goalless as Corinthian Casuals visited Colston Avenue, writes James Barrett-Sterling.

Team news: Bobby Price, Danny Dudley and Peter Adeniyi all returned following our win at Shoreham. Ex-Robins Omari Hibbert and Matt Reece were on the visitors' bench.

But neither side could make a breakthrough in this one - Casuals had learnt from our 4-2 victory at theirs earlier this season not to let Mickel Miller have time and space, our top scorer surrounded by opponents nearly everytime he looked threatening.

Both keepers made good saves throughout however - our Billy Bishop kept out a close range free, while also Danny Bracken denied Miller and Ricky Korboa either side of half-time.

The point kept both clubs in the play-off positions but allowed Cray Wanderers, whom thrashed Shoreham 7-0, to move into second. League leaders Lewes also won with a 2-0 win against Hastings United.

Match highlights and photos available soon.

Next up: We welcome Horsham on Saturday 30th December before visiting South Park on Monday 1st January.
