Match summary - Sittingbourne (a)

We fell to a narrow defeat at Sittingbourne last time out, writes James Barrett.

Team news: Stuart Searle was handed the number one shirt for his second appearance of the season, while Peter Adeniyi replaced Ryan Gondoh in midfield.

After a goalless first-half, the game appeared to be heading for a draw until Jack Steventon managed to beat Searle in the 75th minute for the game's only goal.

The defeat, coupled with two wins for Hastings United this week, means we now need to win our remaining three games while hoping others slip up to secure a play-off place.
